Semtech TS14002 nanoSmart Ultra-Low-Power Linear Regulator

Semtech TS14002 nanoSmart® Ultra-Low-Power Linear Regulators are circuits that draw low nA level quiescent currents at light loads. The TS14002 regulators have the capability to regulate current loads as high as 150mA and feature a quiescent current of 20nA at Iload=0. Typical applications include portable electronics, RFID, industrial, medical, energy harvesting systems, and SmartCards.
