Molex Standard Modular Jacks

Molex Standard Modular Jacks ensure high performance and superior reliability across a wide range of Ethernet data speeds. These modular jacks deliver fleixibility for a variety of design needs and include RJ11 and RJ45 jacks in right-angle or vertical top/bottom-entry styles with through-hole or SMT soldering. The jacks come in single-port or ganged and stacked multi-port versions. Molex Standard Modular Jacks offer Cat 3, Cat 5, and Cat 5e speeds and a variety of options, including shielding for advanced EMI/RFI protection. Applications include a wide range of consumer, home appliance, medical, telecom/networking, and industrial uses.

  • LED options, including lightpipes on modular jacks
    • Provides visual indication of port activity
  • Keep-out feature available
    • Latch prevents insertion of an RJ11 plug into an RJ45 housing, which can cause damage to contacts
  • Palladium nickel and gold flash plating options

    • Meets durability requirement of IEC60603-7 PL 2 and FCC68.5
