Broadcom ARE1 High Power Infrared Emitting Diodes feature high radiant power and intensity, with typical viewing angles of 90° and 150°. The ARE1 Diodes provide the choice of 850nm or 940nm peak wavelength range. The Infrared Diodes deliver a low-profile package design and ultra-small footprint suitable for a wide variety of applications where space and height are constrained.
