Bridgetek IDM2040-21R 2.1" Rotary Dial Display
Bridgetek IDM2040-21R 2.1" Rotary Dial Display is designed using the Raspberry Pi RP2040 microcontroller with the FT800Q video engine, a rotary encoder with button, RS-485 transceiver, and a 2.1" round LCD. This compact, high-resolution display integrates a user-friendly rotary dial interface, offering intuitive control and navigation. This display features an easy-to-read, full-color TFT display with a wide viewing angle, making it ideal for applications such as smart home devices, consumer electronics, and automotive systems. The Bridgetek IDM2040-21R is optimized for low-power consumption and provides efficient interaction with the user through a customizable interface, which can display both static and dynamic content. - RP2040 host MCU is developed by Raspberry Pi with dual Arm® 32-bit Cortex®-M0+ core processors running at up to 133MHz, 264KB of SRAM, and 8MB of onboard Flash memory
- 2.1" round LCD screen, 480x480 resolution with capacitive touch support
- 1x Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C) for connecting multiple peripherals
- 1x Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter (UART) for serial communication
- 1x RS-485 for long distance and reliable communication with other devices
- 1x audio output for audio applications
- RGB666 hardware interface for high-quality color display
- Rotary encoder featuring 24x steps with a push button for input and control
- Includes pins for a touch panel interface (SDA, SCL, RST#, INT#, etc.), which are used for I2C communications with the touch controller CST826, which is compatible with FT3267
- 480x480 pixels LCD resolution, IPS TFT LCD type, ST7701S controller, 300cd/m2 typical brightness, 80° viewing angle in all directions
- Single 5V power supply from USB-C or 6-pin JST connector
- Supports C/C++, MicroPython, and CircuitPython development
- 1x Type C USB connector provides 5V and can be used for firmware upgrades
- Supports USB upgrade firmware
- BOOTSEL mode for programming via USB (drag-and-drop UF2 support)
