S-19218 Automotive Voltage Regulators

ABLIC S-19218 Automotive Voltage Regulators are developed using high-withstand voltage CMOS process technology. These positive voltage regulators with low current consumption and high-accuracy output voltage operate at 36V maximum voltage. The S-19218 regulators include a built-in low-on-resistance output transistor, which provides a large output current and small dropout voltage. These regulators consist of a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit the overcurrent of the output resistor and a built-in shutdown circuit to limit heat.
