STMicroelectronics Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Rad-Hard ICs
STMicroelectronics Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Rad-Hard ICs, available in plastic PowerSO-20 and TSSOP-20 packages, offer a unique combination of cost-effectiveness, radiation hardness, quality assurance, and delivered quantities. The analog and power management LEO ICs benefit from dedicated qualification, manufacturing, screening, quality assurance, and logistics processes. Features include a 2V to 12V range, with operation in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range and a 400km to 2000km altitude range. The Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Rad-Hard ICs take advantage of STMicroelectronics 40-year Space heritage and automotive AEC-Q100 qualification.
