These capacitors feature basic reliability of 1%/100hrs at 85°C Vr with 60% confidence level and high reliability at 85°C/85%/RH, Vr, up to 500hrs or 1000hrs. KYOCERA AVX TCQ Automotive Chip Capacitors offer -55°C to +125°C operation temperature range and a full voltage range of 4V to 35V.
