The polycarbonate plastic boxes, with 10% fiberglass, are 20 times lighter than steel boxes, making them easier to handle and install. The series offers higher corrosion resistance in washdown and in humid and outdoor environments. Bud Industries PBB Plastic NEMA Push Button Boxes are ideal for automation applications including control boxes, terminal blocks, motor starters, lighting, corrosive environments, chemical plants, and general factory environments. A NEMA 4X / IP67 rating makes the series ideal for outdoor use.
