Broadcom HSMF-C113/C115 Tricolor ChipLEDs are housed in an ultra-small package of 2.5mm x 1mm x 1mm. These right-angle, surface-mount modules feature three dies with the freedom to create any color combination by mixing the three primary colors. Broadcom HSMF-C113/C115 Tricolor ChipLEDs offer high brightness using AlInGaP and InGaN die technology and are compatible with reflow soldering. Typical applications include backlighting, status and front-panel indicators, office automation, home appliances, and industrial equipment.
