Bridgetek FT93x Embedded Microcontrollers

Bridgetek FT93x Embedded Microcontrollers (MCUs) are 32-bit System-On-Chip (SoC) RISC MCUs for USB to multi-interface bridging and embedded applications. The FT93x series include FT930, FT931, FT932, and FT933 MCUs and features high level integration and low power consumption. These MCUs include 128kB on-chip flash memory and power-on reset. The modules transfer data at up to 25MHz and operate in an -40°C to +85°C extended temperature range. Also unique to the FT93x series is the option to use a hardcoded Bridgetek USB engine as an alternative to developing code for standard USB class enabling rapid development of USB devices with a wider range of application IO. Applications include E-meters, medical appliances, instrumentation, and more.

Bridgetek FT930, FT931, FT932, and FT933 MCUs are offered in compact 48-, 56-, and 68-pin QFN packages that are lead free and RoHS compliant.

  • SD host controller conformant to SDA SD host controller specification V3.0, running up to 25 MHz and software support for SD / SDHC / SDXC cards
  • I2C bus interfaces may be configured as primary or secondary, supporting standard / fast / fast-plus / high-speed mode data transfers
  • Maximum data transfer rate up to 3.4Mbit/s

  • Four 16-bit timers with prescaler and 32-bit watchdog timer
