Bourns SMF4L Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes
Bourns SMF4L Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are ideal for surge and ESD protection applications all in a compact chip package SOD-123FL size format. The transient voltage suppressor components offer a choice of working peak reverse voltage from 5V up to 85V. Other features include a -55°C to +150°C operating/storage temperature range, 400W power dissipation, and a peak forward surge current of 50A. Typical fast response times are less than 1.0 picosecond from 0V to breakdown voltage. Bourns SMF4L TVS Diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle with standard pick and place equipment, and the flat configuration minimizes roll away.
