Bourns CDSOD323-TxxC TVS diodes offer a choice of voltage types ranging from 3V to 24V in a unidirectional or bidirectional configuration. These Bourns TVS diodes protect 1 line of 1 I/O port and feature low capacitance of approximately 3pF typical. The CDSOD23-TxxC series replaces 0805 MLV devices. Bourns chip diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment, and feature a flat configuration that minimizes roll away.
