Apacer Technology Inc. Sx220 CFast Memory Cards

Apacer Technology Inc. Sx220 CFast Memory Cards have enhanced flash memory cards with a high-performing Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) 6.0Gbps interface. The Sx220 CFast memory cards consist of SATA-based 7-pin and 17-pin signal segments for power and control purposes. These flash memory cards are engineered with DRAM cache for enhanced random performance and can achieve high data transfer rates. The Sx220 CFast memory cards operate at 0°C to 70°C standard temperature range and 3.135V to 3.465V supply voltage range. 

The Sx220 CFAst memory cards include a single-chip SATA 6.0Gbps and flash media. These flash memory cards feature global wear leveling, power failure management, S.M.A.R.T, TRIM, and flash bad-block management. The Sx220 CFast memory cards are reliable with applications in harsh environments by implementing intelligent flash management algorithms and error correction.
