Analog Devices ADRF5132 High-Power SPDT Switches Eval Board demonstrates the performance of the ADRF5132 High-Power SPDT Switches. The EVAL-ADRF5132 Evaluation Board is designed to handle the high-power levels and temperatures at which the ADRF5132 Switches operates. The evaluation board is constructed with eight metal layers and dielectrics between each layer. Each metal layer has a 1oz (1.3mil) copper thickness, whereas the external layers are 1.5oz. The top dielectric material is a 10mil Rogers RO4350. Rogers RO4350 exhibits a very low-thermal coefficient for control over thermal rise of the board. The overall board thickness of the EVAL-ADRF5132 Evaluation Board measures 60mil.
