Analog Devices Inc. ADuM4122 Isolated Gate Drivers

Analog Devices ADuM4122 Isolated Gate Drivers are single-device, dual-output drivers with iCoupler® technology to provide precision isolation. The ADuM4122 provides 5kVrms isolation in a wide-body, 8-lead SOIC package. These isolation components combine a high speed complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic transformer technology. This provides performance characteristics superior to alternatives (like a combination of pulse transformers and gate drivers).
