Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5130 Silicon SPDT Reflective Switches

Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5130 Silicon Single-pole, Double-throw (SPDT) Reflective Switches are high-power switches operating from 0.7GHz-3.5GHz. The ADRF5130 Switches have high power handling capabilities of 43dBm (maximum), a low insertion loss of 0.6dB, input third-order intercept of 68dBm (typical), and 0.1dB compression (P0.1dB) of 46dBm. The on-chip circuitry operates at a single, positive supply voltage of 5V and a typical supply current of 1.06mA. This makes the ADRF5130 from Analog Devices an ideal alternative to pin diode-based switches. With a 44W peak, the ADRF5130 Switches are ideal for high power and cellular infrastructure applications such as long-term evolution (LTE) base stations.
