Analog Devices Inc. AD7761 Simultaneous Sampling ADC

Analog Devices AD7761 is offered an 8-channel, simultaneous sampling Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a Σ-Δ modulator and digital filter per channel. The ADC enables synchronized sampling of AC and DC signals. The AD7761 ADC delivers a 97.7dB dynamic range at a maximum input bandwidth of 110.8kHz, ±1LSB integral nonlinearity (INL), ±1LSB offset error, and ±5LSB gain error. 

The AD7761 features three modes. The fast mode delivers a 256kSPS maximum output data rate per channel, 110.8kHz input bandwidth, and 51.5mW per channel. AD7761’s median mode has 128kSPS maximum output data rate per channel, 55.4kHz input bandwidth, and 27.5mW per channel. While the focus mode provides 32kSPS maximum output data rate per channel, 13.8kHz input bandwidth, and 9.375mW per channel. The AD7761’s extensive digital filtering capabilities include a wideband, low ±0.005dB pass-band ripple, anti-aliasing low-pass filter with sharp roll-off, and 105dB attenuation at the Nyquist frequency.
