ams OSRAM AS6200 Digital Temperature Sensors

ams OSRAM AS6200 Digital Temperature Sensors feature high measurement accuracy (±0.4°C) and low power consumption (6µA operation and 0.1µA standby). These modules communicate via the I2C interface. The sensors consist of a Si-bandgap temperature sensor, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital signal processor. AS6200 is a factory-calibrated sensor with integrated linearization and the ability to use two AS6200 devices on one bus. ams OSRAM AS6200 Digital Temperature Sensors also offers an alert function that can trigger an interrupt to protect devices from excessive temperatures.
