ADLINK Technology Q7-BT-HS Heat Sinks are designed for Q7-BT Module with Intel^® Atom™ processor E3800 Series System-on-Chip. These heat sinks include a passive heatsink, heat-spreader, and integral passive heatsink for the Q7-BT module. These dual-core heat sinks operate in a temperature range of 0ºC to 70ºC.
